Netflix is Dead to me!

I have been a Netflix subscriber since 1999 thanks to my friend drew who turned me on to the service. Now almost everyone I know uses Netflix. But as of the last 3 months I have seen some serious lag in my movies being returned to Netflix. I pay for the 8 DVDs at a time (51.99 per month) So I write Netflix about my problem. Here is the response I got mid last month.

Please be assured that Netflix delivery delays are very uncommon. If you're experiencing repeated delays with returning DVDs, we would suggest mailing them from a different location such as the post office.

You may report any difficulties with shipments using the Report Shipping Problem page.

Ok i understand there are problems with sending DVDs in the mail… sure I understand. But my movies were taking 5 – 6 days to get back to Netflix, muuuuuch longer then the standard 1 day I used to get. Over the weekend I read this and this…. now im furious. I cant believe Netflix would do something sooooooo damn stupid. My account has been canceled.
