BioDiesel

With gas prices at an all time high BioDiesel is looking pretty damn nice. Since their invention diesels have been praised as being more efficient and longer lasting then their gasoline burning brethren. But mainly due to bad press and the lack of quality fuel in the USA diesels are very few and far between when it comes to consumer cars. I have a feeling that is about to change. With VW cranking out its Jetta TDI that almost gets 50 mpg and jeep releasing a new diesel I think we might just see a change in the way the American people view diesels. BioDiesel might not be the best solution for alternative fuel, but its a good start. People in Europe have know this for years, but we are just starting to understand. One of the best parts about BioDiesel? You can make it yourself! As with everything sweet there are problems, my biggest problem right now is that I don't own a diesel to use the fuel I want to make. Only time will tell if this is an obstacle I can overcome. Man I want my "Powered by Animal Fat" bumper sticker.
