Google Reader has been updated!

I know I am a little late on this one. I see the "big" update was released on October 8th. Well I guess better late then really late. The new Google reader for RSS is awesome! Everything I hated about the first revision of Google reader has been fixed, including a "Mark all as read" feature that was missing from the original. The new Google reader is very easy to use and lays out like gmail. Anyway, enough of me blabbing on about it... go see for yourself!

Firefox 2 Released

Firefox 2 has been released! But its not without its problems. On both my Macs and PCs I have had numerous problems. With the Macs the new browser was very unstable. I could only use it for a few minutes before it would crash. In windows the tabbed interface wouldnt work. When I would open tabs only the left most tab would "work" no matter what tab was highlighted. After reading the Mozilla forums I found a few suggestions but the only one that worked for me was uninstalling the browser deleting all the folders associated with it and then re-installing it. I have done that on my macs and windows boxes and they all seem to be working great now.

BioDiesel test batches made!!!!

I figure its time for an update. I have been busy making my first few batches of biodiesel. The batches I have been making are small 1 Liter test batches. Better to have a messed up 1 liter bottle then a 40 gallon tub of crap. The biggest obstacle so far has really been the acquisition of Methanol. It is hard to find in any quantity but it looks like I do have a source for it now.
